We welcome new members at all levels and ages.

Come along to one of our adult squash social sessions held from 7 to 9pm on a Tuesday to see if this is the club for you and to meet some of the members. The session involves coaching followed by some matches.

For prospective junior members we have several sessions so please contact spencersquashsocial@gmail.com to find out which may be suitable.

The beginners Squash and Racketball coaching sessions are held from 1.45 to 3.15 on Sunday afternoons.

Within 3 to 6 months you should be looking to move to our social squash coaching sessions which start 7pm on a Tuesday and are held throughout the year. 

We also have 2 successful teams who receive coaching on a Monday evening from 7 to 8.30pm.

Junior coaching is also provided on Mondays/Tuesdays from 4pm onwards and Saturday mornings from 10pm

There is a day membership at a cost of £30 which enables you to book the squash court facilities as follows:
Mon to Fri   8.30am through to 4.45pm; and
Weekends   6.15am through to 11.30pm - For summer till Sept 11

Lights in the courts cost £3 for 45 minute session (plus heating costs if required). Meters are operated by £1 coins).
